This is the GM and Ally 2011 February Pull Ahead Program. This program allows eligible Ally customers to end their current Ally SmartLease, SmartLease Plus or SmartBuy contract prior to the scheduled end/special prepayment date. OVERVIEW: -------- Up to three (3) contract payments not yet due will be waived or credited if an eligible current Buick, Chevrolet, or GMC vehicle is returned and an eligible new and unused GM vehicle is purchased or leased during the program effective dates. Up to four (4) contract payments not yet due will be waived or credited if an eligible current Cadillac, HUMMER, Pontiac, or Saturn vehicle is returned and an eligible new and unused GM vehicle is purchased or leased during the program effective dates.
ELIGIBLE AUDIENCE: ----------------- - All Buick, Chevrolet, and GMC current SmartLease, SmartLease Plus, and SmartBuy customers with contracts that have a scheduled end date/special prepayment date no later than August 31, 2011. - All Cadillac, HUMMER, Pontiac, and Saturn current Ally SmartLease, SmartLease Plus, and SmartBuy customers with contracts that have a scheduled end date/special prepayment date no later than October 31, 2011. The scheduled end date/special prepayment date is based on current Ally records and may differ from the date disclosed on the contract as a result of customer-requested account revisions (e.g., due date changes, extension, etc.).
