Thank You from Jack and Kath Woolsey in Holt, Missouri. January 29, 2009 I recently purchased a pre-owned 2006 Hummer H2 from Shaheen Chevrolet. I am very happy with my purchase and I would like to thank everyone at Shaheen Chevrolet for all of their professional assistance. I found Shaheen Chevrolet on the internet. I saw an H2 listed and called Dan Dowker. He informed me that this particular vehicle had just been sold, but he would search for another one for me. I had been in contact with at least three other dealers who had offered to do the same. As time went on, a couple things happened: First, I got an education as to what was on the market, and exactly what options, etc. I was looking for. Secondly, Dan Dowker was the only sales person who saw the entire purchase through. When I did not jump at the first vehicle that came along, the other dealers soon dropped out of the hunt. Dan continued to search the daily GM Dealer auctions for me. He never pressured me to purchase a vehicle that I did not really want, or to pay more for one than I had budgeted. Eventually, after 3 months of searching, we found the right vehicle for me. I subsequently made the deal and the purchase. I would like to thank Dan Dowker, of Shaheen Chevrolet, for his continued effort to see this purchase through. I would like to thank his sales manager, Jason Cords, who followed the auctions and did the actual bidding on our behalf. I would also like to thank Brad White, in sales, who provided me with transportation and did the necessary paperwork to close the final sale and transfers. Once again, I am very pleased with my treatment by Dan Dowker and all of the staff at Shaheen Chevrolet. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. As I told Brad, most of the time something turns out to be not as nice as our expectations, when we finally see it. In this case, I was even more impressed than I had anticipated. Dear Mr. Shaheen: I would like to take this opportunity to convey my appreciation, once again, to you, Lou, Rebekah, Rex (the best Corvette technician I have ever known), and your other Service Department team members (including those who mount and balance tires) for the excellent service that they provided me this past summer. Each time that I bring my 1995 Corvette into the Service Department, your employees are friendly, courteous and extremely competent in the performance of their duties. In my opinion, a customer could not reasonably expect to receive better service than that which I have received at your dealership! I am already looking forward to having the Service Department assist me with some additional upgrades on my Corvette, next summer. Good morningl I would like to commend you and Shaheen for employees such as Dale Wagner. My initial call to Shaheen was to Tom on October 26, 2009 to set up an appointment to service my '99 Trailblazer and to check out the air conditioner clutch. Once at Shaheen, Tom was ill and Dale took over with the necessary paperwork and got me on my way to work with a ride from Bill Southweli. Bill is another excellent representation of your staff! To shorten this correspondence, the overall estimate was one that I was not prepared for as I was leaving Michigan for an opportunity in Charlotte, North Carolina. I explained my situation to Dale and asked if the air conditioner could be by passed - knowing well that I would not have air conditioning in my vehicle. Dale offered to check with the technician the following day and advised he would call me as soon as he had the information the following day. Dale contacted me on October 28 with news that yes, the air conditioner could be by passed and offered generic parts to get by vehicle back on the road. I unfortunately do not know the name of the technician that worked on my vehicle, but another example of the excellent staff at Shaheen. The cost savings was one that could be handled by my family. Dale advised my vehicle would be ready by the end of the day - which it was and I am confident that my journey will go without the worry about my Trailblazer. Mr. Shaheen, Dale is proof positive that excellent customer service and having the customer's best interest is the number one reason I would recommend Shaheen Chevrolet to anyone that ask me. If I would to stay in Michigan and looking for a vehicle, l would come back to Shaheen without hesitation. I am a firm believer that after sales service is critical - especially in today's economy. If there is an employee of the month or special recognition given to Shaheen employees, I would certainly and highly recommend Dale Wagner for such an honor. March 16th, 2010 Dear Shaheen Chevrolet I am sending you this letter to thank you for the amazing service your salesman Ron Coolbaugh gave my wife and me when we purchased our amazing 2010 Malibu in February. First Ron Coolbaugh (I think his last name is made up because seriously how many people have cool in their name?) anyway, Ron made us feel very comfortable and confident in purchasing our new car. He answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured. Second, Ron convinced us that buying our car from Shaheen Chevrolet was the best deal around, we did our homework and he was right. A couple of guys I work with just bought Fords and let me tell you it is a lot of fun to brag about all the incentives I received and they didn't. I asked my supervisor "did you get a great deal on tires?" No "oil changes?" No "Interest rates No "did you get invited to an appreciation dinner" No "Should have went to Shaheen Chevrolet" Ha Ha! Third, Ron not only remembered our names later that week at the appreciation dinner but he also remembered our son' Kellen. That really impressed my wife. She said "I bet Ron meets with fifty people a week and out of all those people he still remembers our son's name!! WOW! What moved me the most is when we were in the middle of the talking incentives and Ron asked about our family and we told him about my Mother in laws second bout with cancer. It was at that moment it wasn't about just selling a car. It was more about getting to know the customer buying the car. Ron was compassionate, patient, and very experienced, because of that we will always do businesses with Shaheen Chevrolet! Thank you, Scott & Erica T.
