Having to bring my new truck in for service wasn’t as bad now that Shaheen let’s us have a loaner truck. It makes it only a minor inconvenience. I do appreciate the speed of how fast they get you out so I can get back to my business!
They couldn’t find the problem because it didn’t show up for them. They did say next time they would keep the car and give me a loaner. Well they tried. The engine light would not come on for them. They did give me a free oil change. He was nice. One thing I forgot to ask was about having lights when you park the car. Now when you get out of the car no lights inside the car to find bags or see anything if you drop something. It’s probably is a programming question.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was fine. The tire rotation however did not go well. I was sitting in the waiting room when one of the technicians came in and said you need new tires. My tires are less than a year old and are rated for 60,000 miles and have less than 20,000 miles on them. The technician then told me they wouldn't do a tire rotation because it wasn't worth it according to him. Today I took my vehicle to the place I bought my tires. They informed me that my tires were in great shape and did not need to be replaced, but did need to be rotated. I feel as though your technician was very pushy about me getting new tires that I did not need and I will not be returning for further services.
