After work my car wouldn't shift out of park, had to get towed but thankfully I work down the block from the dealership. The next morning I called to authorize the repair. Turns out my ground harness was broken at the shifter. (ugh) They had it ready in a couple of hours. Always friendly, and the guys do great work!
It was really quick. I had a meeting out of town, but noticed my oil level was at 8% and I knew I could not put off an oil change any longer. I was able to pull my car in and in 10 minutes I was back on the road.
Overall, job well done. I did not have to wait in line for an oil change, the members were genuinely welcoming and always appreciate receiving a flower. One complaint I do have is that I was not offered to have my vehicle vaccumed out for free until my most recent visit. As a customer of a year now I should've been offered that from my first visit and everyone after that.
This rating is based on your reputation which is very good. This recent visit was a bit annoying because of some confusion with newer employees asking me the same questions as the previous tech and then not explaining what was found in the inspection, specifically an alignment problem. Also I was hoping for a code for free wash and when none was offered I paid for a car wash at an outside facility only to find out later I had been given a code on the back of my paperwork but no one told me. It's a bit of a circus in the quick oil change facility but they are trying.
Analysis said that my rear alignment was out and the vehicle needed an alignment. Alignment was done and tech supervisor said that the rear was out only 1/16 inch and wasn't really necessary. He gave me a $25 discount which I thought was fair. Other than that, this is a great dealership with and outstanding quick oil change and tire rotation service. I will continue to use them.

They took the extra step to have the pinstripe put back on. The car was clean inside and out. I was very pleased with the work that was scheduled to be done. I was out of the country during the repairs and they handled any issue that certain up without being able to get a hold of me.
I told my salesperson what I was looking for in a truck. The vehicle was located and we finished the deal in a short afternoon. The financing and paper work went smoothly and the truck is in my driveway.
