I have a GMC Canyon diesel lease and there was not enough oil available for my vehicle. I needed a ride home and it was several hours later that my oil change was done. It would be nice if when a Colorado, Canyon, or Cruise diesel has an oil change that at least 2 quantities for oil changes on these vehicles be available or ordered at once.
Your staff in the oil change area were extremely professional. They explained everything they were going to do, prior to doing it. After the job was complete, they gave me very detailed sheets on what they did. I would highly recommend Shaheen Chevrolet oil change department.
I came in for oil lube , filter and tire rotation. When they told me it was finished I noticed the tires had not been rotated. The tech then told me they were not worth rotating due to there poor condition. No one talked to me about it before that decision and my bill was $59.95 for an oil change? a little steep by my standards. the last time I came in for an oil change they told me I needed to replace my battery, but another GM dealer tested it and said there was nothing wrong with my battery. So I don't put much stock in what they are trying to sell me. I know my tires aren't new any more but they are not as bad as they made them out to be. I wanted them rotated to get them through the summer but I guess I will have to find a service center that is more interested working with me than pushing new products every time I stop for service.

Oil change was great. However, I was told there was a nail in my tire that was not fixable and needed to be replaced for $210. I questioned this several times and was told repeatedly that buying a new tire was my ONLY option. I took my vehicle somewhere else and was told that the nail was absolutely in a patch-able area and would be repaired for free. When the nail was pulled out, it hadn't even punctured the tire so nothing needed to be done with it. I feel taken advantage of and disappointed that Shaheen's 'tire specialist' would give me such wrong information clearly without properly even inspecting the tire.

great customer service fast oil change and tire rotation .I appreciate the email notification for my needed maintenance. Your service department is very organised and very well run. The free car wash is also very good.
