After trying to remedy WiFi situation with OnStar for about 8 days, they told me to take it to dealership. After 13 days at dealership the problem was resolved. Lack of communication is my biggest problem. Was told dealership could not order part, had to go through a LOT of steps and then GM has to send it on their own. VERY Frustrating after going through onstar and then dealer having to do same thing AND THEN do other steps. Realize not all dealers fault. They gave me a vehicle to drive but hate making 13 days of payment for truck that wasn't mine. Just glad it finally got fixed.
